Landmark Consulting has worked with a number of early 20th-century home property owners on Pinewood Avenue in Albany over the past decade, to assist in repairs and restoration projects as needed.

While typically small phases projects, Landmark Consulting is happy to help historic homeowners identify the best course of action for address building issues, finding period-appropriate, quality restoration products and skilled craftsmen. Our involvement can be as minor as matching you with a well-respected and fair contractor, to taking the measurement necessary to place a custom storm window order. We have a network of tradespeople with the work experience to turn to and a thorough library of restoration products that we’ve either researched or used on our projects.
