As a small practice we have the capacity to offer a variety of services related to existing and historic properties. Our services include historic preservation consulting, led by Kim, and architectural design services, led by Jack.
In addition, given our extensive hands-on repair and restoration experience, we offer small-scale restoration consulting and project management services to homeowners, non-profit building committees, and even property management companies. We have specific expertise in window repair and exterior storm window installation, porch restoration, small- or large-scale painting projects, building code upgrades, and the administration of grant projects, and thus can assist property owners in overseeing the many intricacies of what seems to be a minor project.
